How long does photo day take, and what time will it finish?

The duration of photo day depends on factors such as the number of children and rooms. As a general guide, one photographer can photograph approximately 20–30 children. We aim to finish before lunch and nap times.  Once all scheduled children have been photographed, we pack up and leave promptly to minimize disruption.

Orders will be available for collection at your childcare centre within 6 weeks after photo day.

Clean comfortable clothing works best for natural, beautiful photos. If you have specific preferences (e.g. removing jumpers for photos), please inform a staff member at your centre.

Yes! Please speak to a staff member at your centre to arrange a suitable time. Group photos are typically taken in the morning, and priority is given to children who need to be photographed early.

If your child is absent, we may not always be able to return on another day. However, if we are scheduled to be at the centre for multiple days, there may be an opportunity for them to be photographed while we are still there

Yes! Graduation packages are available if your childcare centre chooses to include them.

Yes! Your child’s portraits will be uploaded to a password protected online gallery, where digital files can be purchased once orders have been delivered to your centre.
